Meet Our Senior Pastor
Dr. William H. (Bill) Drees
|
Dr.
Drees is a native of Mississippi. Bill has a Marketing
degree from Mississippi State University, an M/Div. from
Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a D/Min.
from Drew University Theological School. He is married
to Cathy Mooneyham, a Columbia native. Cathy is an
elementary school teacher. They have two daughters,
Jill, who is married to Kenny Hinely, and Katie.
Bill
has a passion to share the abundant life Jesus came to
give. He enjoys golf, writing (check his blog
www.billdrees.blogspot.com),
riding his bicycle or his kayak, and just hanging out
with people. In 30 years of vocational ministry God
blessed him to serve as an Associate Pastor, Senior
Pastor and Director of Missions. These experiences have
given him the opportunity to encounter and share the joy
of Christ on five continents.
